This house is a monument Sultan Khedoh that is 2 km from the city center to the direction of Bukittinggi, precisely in Kelurahan Balai Nan Duo - Koto Nan Ampek. This house was built about 450 years ago, was the historic building as the District Chief's residence in the Period of Dutch / Netherlands colonialism. Another specialty of this house is its carved. The motive of carvings on the Regent's house could not be found again any where on house carvings of people in common use. This house experienced restoration during 1981.
The Swimming Pool (Batang Tabik)
The Batang Tabik is a natural tourism object bathing water with a very clear and cool, surrounded by rice fields and the beautiful natural scenery. This location has been known since the era of Dutch colonialism as the only bathing in the District Lima Puluh Kota and Payakumbuh City. Batang Tabik is ± 5 km from the city Payakumbuh, at the edge of the highway to Lintau direction.
Old Mosque Koto Nan ampek
The old mosque in Koto Nan Ampek, Payakumbuh was built in the Dutch colonisation period that was located at Balai Nan Duo. The original form still maintained that consisted of wood materials and the coconut tree. Despite aged + 100 years, but still remain strong and intact.
