Trip to North Sumatera

North Sumatra Province in 2004, has 18 districts and 7 cities with extensive land 71,680 km 2 with the number of the population in 2002 is estimated at 11.85 million. The seventh administrative city are Medan as the capital, Pematang Siantar, Binjai, Tebing Tinggi, Sibolga, Padang Sidempuan and Tanjung Balai.

Temperatures are approximately between 22-30 degree Celsius, the rainfall averages 1000 - 4000 mm per year and the relative Humidity is 70-90% in the Lowlands.

There are many places of interesting for tourist such as Prapat, Brastagi, Bahorok, Nias and the other well known destinations like Museums and Gallery, Lake, Crocodile Farm and Hot Spring. You can also find the special interest activities like Rafting, Kayaking, Diving, Snorkeling and surfing.
